The Rocketship Files I: Resources
In the first of our blog series, we’re sharing how we’ve approached designing, planning & launching our Rocketships.

Some of the resources share are step-by-step processes that can be replicated, others are example templates or models, others are in development and asking for your input (metrics!).
These are early days of exploring cross-profession collaboration across organisational boundaries in order to solve common problems & increase organisational maturity. We’re uncovering new ways of working by experimenting and reflecting.
Our hope is that by sharing these resources openly, we’ll be able to support other people who are ready to have impact in their own organisations, and by sharing learnings between us, we can co-create a replicable approach to Rocketships that empowers people to do their best work.
