We gave our Rogue-tenders a break and mixed up this delicious seasonal cocktail at our Rogue Spirits distillery. Dead to the Core is made in a 5 gallon batch and contains just 4 simple ingredients.

Dead Guy Whiskey is crafted at our distillery at Rogue World Headquarters in Newport, Ore.

The batch starts with 426oz (nearly 2 gallons) of fresh pressed apple cider mixed with 213oz of award winning Dead Guy Whiskey. Then 12.8oz of bitters is added. If you’re wondering, that’s 426 dashes. It’s all topped off with an apple slice to garnish the glass.
