Like Rogue Spruce Gin, Pink Spruce Gin is made with cucumbers and 10 botanicals grown in the garden at Rogue Farms in Independence, Ore.

They’re essentially the same liquor — until Pink Gin is finished in Oregon Pinot Noir barrels, giving it its distinctive color and a slightly more robust body and mouth-feel.

Rogue Spiritual Advisor Bill Tollner demonstrates how to make the fresh-squeezed cocktail:

Instructions:

Pour Pink Spruce Gin over ice in a cocktail shaker. Add fresh-squeezed orange juice (half an orange’s worth) and fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice (half a grapefruit’s worth). Shake, pour and serve.
