Who I Am in 10 Articles and 10 Random Facts
Read this selection of my work to get a glimpse into who I am as a creator
Hi, thanks for stopping by. I’m Eliza, and my literal existence is dedicated to words.
I’m a huge language nerd, library mouse, writer, editor, journalist, poet, you name it, if it involves words, I have some form of a link to it and most certainly have done it at some point in my life.
But anyway.
As much as I love to perpetually express my undying passion for words and language, I also know, as a social media whiz with a side-hustle in online writing and digital publishing, that people don’t spend much time looking at words these days. (Oh gosh, that was a long phrase.)
So, instead of rambling on about me and what I do, I thought I’d show you who I am through a selection of my work that perfectly summarises my expertise, passions, and focus here on Medium and beyond.
I was a poet before I was anything else, and before I even knew what a poet was, so here’s a sample of my upcoming poetry collection, Why My Country Failed Me and Other Bird Songs.
