Week 5

or Javascript

Had my best week! We built a simple thermostat app which used Javascript. Learning a new language was not as hard as I thought it would be! I was able to use my knowledge of Ruby to learn Javascript at much faster pace.

Monday — August 1

Had our morning stand-up about the weekend challenge followed by a short code review.
Pairing until lunch.
Group chat for a short introduction to Javascript.
Continued on pairing to create a BDD driven Fizzbuzz (Javabuzz) app in Javascript.

Tuesday — August 2

Stand-up.
Pairing until lunch.
Had a workshop for the rest of the day.

Wednesday — August 3

A morning stand-up.
Pair all day long & started using jQuery.
Had the most efficient day!

Thursday — August 4

Stand-up.
Couple of hours spent on playing with CSS.
Completed this weeks challenge! 💃🏻

Friday — August 5

Paired until lunch.
Had retro & confidence survey.
Went to the Makers Academy graduation!

Saturday — August 6

Worked on weekend challenge.

Sunday — August 7

Worked on weekend challenge.
