Artem Popov, co-founder of Roobee and a 300,000+ member community of investors, visited a Malta-held event where many crypto enthusiasts and experts get together to discuss and promote blockchain technology and related business opportunities. It was the world’s first blockchain event officially backed by the government and regulatory bodies — the Delta Summit.
During the event, Artem Popov met with Larry Sanger, an American Internet project developer, co-founder of Wikipedia, and the founder of Citizendium.
They talked on all things business, discussed cryptocurrency and blockchain.
Among the speakers, there were the Prime Minister and the Parliamentary Secretary of Malta. Malta is considered one of the world centers of the blockchain industry. The authorities of the country are actively working to turn Malta into a real “blockchain-island”, forming a friendly and transparent regulatory climate for cryptocurrency, ICOs, and blockchain-based startups.
A little later, in the enthusiastic and passionate atmosphere surrounding the spectacular island, Artem met Tim Byun, the Head of Government Relations of OKEX and the CEO of OKCOIN USA. They had a chat about ICO projects and blockchain startups.
