New hire in Korea, Dana Ryoo
RootProject is excited to announce the hiring of Dana Ryoo as the new Community Manager in Seoul. RootProject has been rapidly expanding in Korea and looking to bring more staff into Seoul as we continue to build out our pilot cities. Dana joins us with experience in building community partnerships and supporting cross continent collaboration. She will be an extremely valuable members of our team as we continue to grow in the Korean market and beyond.
Dana attends the Minerva School at KGI where she studies operations and finance with a minor in economics. Dana traveled between seven countries during her four years and is fluent in multiple languages. Dana conducted community building and built partnerships across Korea specializing in opportunities unique to Seoul and the global audience. Most recently, Dana worked in with Gluwa, a crypto currency platform in the office of the CEO supporting relationships in the Seoul and San Francisco offices.
Dana will be focusing on translations, site updates, social media materials, and community management as RootProject launches in Seoul. With her community partnership experience and contacts, Dana is primed for success far beyond the initial launch of Seoul as a pilot city.
