Ross Students

If you believe that the future of this country lies in the hands of visionary entrepreneurs…

If you think the challenges facing our generation are great but the opportunities are greater…

If you are eager to get outside the classroom or cubicle and learn about business from American entrepreneurs who are rolling up their sleeves every day to build stronger communities…

If you can listen more than you speak, act more than you plan, and embrace uncertainty…

then we invite you to join the movement and apply for Open Road @ Ross 2019!

To apply, please form a team of four passionate MBAs that meet the vision of Open Road. The application consists of:

  • An individual application of short essay questions
  • Submit ONE group video (between 5–10 minutes long) that introduces us to your team & explains your aspirations for the summer

The application is open to all MBAs and dual degree MBA students. Please refer to the Open Road @ Ross FAQs for questions on team composition, logistics, entrepreneur sourcing and more.

An introduction of your team & explains your aspirations for the summer. Being MBAs ourselves, we have no expectation of high production quality. Successful Open Road teams connect with their entrepreneurs and each other at a human level to build the trust necessary to tackle business problems together, and our goal is to get a more human impression of your team than is possible in a few short answer questions or a resume
