From their humble beginnings in 1991, Cheryl’s Herbs has grown into a thriving wholesale-retail-website enterprise, featuring the finest quality Pure Essential Oils and Herbs available and simple products, handmade with love and care. Their founder Cheryl’s love of herbs helped many people in the community and all over the world! She served as president of NAHA, training many to become herbalists. Now, under new management, Cheryl’s Herbs strive to keep Cheryl’s memories and dreams alive by providing the same holistic care to the community as she once did.
Cheryl’s Herbs’ mission is to make it easier and more convenient for their customers to have a more natural and healthy lifestyle. They offer something for everyone from pre-mixed prepared products to all of their single ingredients, bottles and jars, for those who wish to make their own preparations. From their huge selection of single ingredients, they can also make your own custom blend. They manufacture products for other companies under their own label as well!
Working with Cheryl’s Herbs in St Louis was a fantastic experience for our team and we greatly enjoyed our time there. We got to know Tiffany, the current owner of Cheryl’s Herbs, and Bill, Tiffany’s brother and advisor, very well and formed a strong relationship with them. We started the week by clarifying the project scope with them and creating an outline of our intended workstreams for the next few days. We then spoke with key stakeholders throughout the business, completed our primary and secondary research, and then put together our finalized presentation structure. Broadly, our work focused on Cheryl’s Herbs’ marketing strategy by researching relevant social media influencers and providing them with a number of tangible recommendations. The final deliverables, comprising a comprehensive presentation alongside a social media influencer tracker, were very well received by Tiffany and Bill and we’re all very much looking forward to staying in touch with them going forward!
