Since 2019, more than 200 ride pooling and demand responsive public transit (also known as microtransit) pilots have been launched around the world. These projects have shown how technology can help ease the financial pressure on transit operators, while expanding transit coverage to make transportation more reliable and accessible. But not all of them have had the success that was hoped for.

There are hundreds of towns and cities in the US in need of smart, technology-based solutions that provide reliable, cost efficient public transportation to riders in areas where fixed route bus systems are not optimal. This problem has grown significantly due to COVID-19 overcrowding some bus routes while rendering others financially unsustainable.

Routable AI plans to launch one sponsored on-demand transit pilot in partnership with an innovative transit agency before the end of this year. We are looking for a transit partner who wants to create safe and efficient rides for the essential workers during this tough time.

Routable AI will pay for the five vehicle pilot and grant access to our fleet management dashboard, rider and driver apps, and provide an experienced operations team to launch the pilot with your support. We’re open to working with your vehicles and drivers or sourcing them ourselves.

To apply, please let us know about some of the most acute transportation challenges your agency is facing using the form below. We will be in touch with you shortly.

In case the above form does not work on your device, you can send an email to info@routable.ai instead.
