Route 1 Audio #HPOTW

Hello and welcome to another hot pick of the week instalment. This week is no different to the previous weeks. A quick run down of the tracks/ releases we’re feeling at the moment. So, without any further delay lets get into it!

1. Broughalo x Dujat — Cardinal EP (140 Ninja)

First up we have something new from the 140 Ninja camp.

Broughalo and Dujat have teamed up on this one, I’ve been quite looking forward to.

A combination of oriental, deep and in some places ambient vibes this is yet another strong release on the 140 ninja imprint. Every track holds its own but for me personally title track Cardinal is the one to watch out for.

2. Joss Ryan — JRM005

Ok so I think we’ve featured every release so far in the JRM series and if you listened to any of them or anything Joss has produced you will totally understand why this is in the selection this week.

Joss seems to be constantly upping the levels with every release in this series. It’s really tough to chose a favourite on this ep, every time I listen I change my mind. What I do know is that every track will be in heavy rotation on the upcoming radio shows.

3. Crystal Catcha — Animal Kingdom EP

Something forthcoming from Crystal Catcha and definitley one you need to get your hands on as soon as it drops.

This ep is not your conventional sounding dubstep or bass music ep and thats what I love about this release.

I could sit here an try and summarise this release but I feel I won’t do it justice, I think its best you take my word for it and listen to the preview and set a date in your calendar!

4. Tuff Culture — Miami Vice (Moony 99 Remix)

Last but not least in this weeks selection is ‘Miami Vice’. The original is taken from Tuff Culture’s ep of the same name but Moony has stepped up on remix duties.

The entire release is really strong to be fair so its definitely worth getting your hands on.
