When we began building Rowe.rs in early 2014 we wanted to improve and help coaches all around the world by helping manage their training data.

And managing data can come in many different ways, sometimes it is as simple as just having the training program for their whole club in one place and for athletes to know their training.

However without the right structure it is difficult to actually measure athlete progress without spending hours in excel. Within Rowe.rs athletes & coaches can input the data in right format which leads to our latest feature for all.

Athlete Progression Graphs

All 2000m sessions complete by an athlete
Timeline of results of every 2000m complete by an athlete
Pacing graphs for an athletes 2000m tests
Table of Results for every 2000m done by an athlete.

The above images are graphical representations that is produced for each athlete.

  1. You see their stats: PB, Best in Period, First in Period, Last in Period
  2. You see their progress: A bar chart of all their scores in plotted onto one graph so you can see how they are doing.
  3. You see their pacing: For sessions where pacing is being collected you’ll see how they have paced themselves.
  4. You see their scores: Every session they have done will be displayed. Those in your club are linked to go into the session. Those from their previous clubs are not but are still displayed to show you the full picture

Athlete progress is something we have been wanting to do for very long time, this feature allows athletes to measure their improvement throughout their rowing career and for a coach to assess if their program is having an impact.

Rowe.rs is a platform for coaches and athletes to get the most out of their training data. Through communication, data collection and writing of training programs. To try Rowe.rs for free register today.
