Royal Eagles Inc. Is The Next Big Modeling Agency!
Royal Eagles Inc is an Indianapolis based modeling and talent agency. Founded in 2016 by Matthew Goebel, he is a professional photographer, model manager and promoter. He is also the founder and CEO of Indianapolis based Royal Eagles Inc. Known for being a trustworthy, dedicated manager, Goebel is the CEO mastermind behind the modeling agency. He also works with his business partner, Spencer Knepp in Nashville, Tennessee. Knepp is the Vice President of Music Artist Management and promotions in Royal Eagles Inc.
If you look at the Royal Eagles’ logo, you will notice it stands out with symbolic meaning and beauty. Goebel knew that he wanted it to be personalized when coming up with the name and logo. Red and gold are Goebel’s favorite colors. Royal is associated with high end, honor, respect, trustworthiness and dedication. His family is in the military and law enforcement. Many of his relatives work to help and serve the public. He came up with the “Eagles” part of the company name. Eagle is associated with American freedom, and life goals. America is known as land of the free and home of the brave. Goebel has a mindset that aligns with the American Dream: you can do anything you want to if you just set your mind to it. So it was a no brainer that Royal Eagles would be his company name. If you look closely at the eye, you will notice that it’s a camera lens. The blue diamond is his mother’s birthstone color. The cross represents his strong faith.
His model client, Ashten Barnes met when Goebel was trying to build his male portfolio on Instagram. He found Ashten on a photography company page, and saw he was living in Indianapolis. It was no brainer when it came to signing Ashten.
Originally from Evansville, Indiana, Goebel’s passion has always been photography since he a kids doing photography and video work. Getting more into the business side, he wanted to manage clients because he wanted them to be taken care of. He became a manager to make sure his clients are growing in the business. He started his business when he was a assistant baseball coach for Vincennes University. He managed the social media for the baseball players and the team.

Greatest accomplishments so far? It includes booking his client Ashen Barnes with Oliver Zavi, a NY based fashion designer men’s collection called King Zavi’s La Dolce Vita Collection, and shooting in Miami. Being selected to take photos of Joey Banua, an American Idol singer from the year 2012 and also being selected for photography projects in the Indianapolis area which includes being selected to work with the company Unmasking Images as one of their photographers for the 2017 NPC shows.
He intents to be the go to photographer, with Royal Eagles Inc being known world wide for the portfolio and quality of work. He also wants to be known as the guy that won’t give up on clients when the going gets tough. He thrives on treating his clients with the up most honor and respect. He also loves to travel the world and work with other management companies to build a strong network of business relationships.
Goebel is avaible to be booked as a photographer outside of his company. “I encourage clients and outside clients to work with me as their photographer, since that’s how I started my business and I have a huge passion for it. I definitely want networking to be as much a part of my company as doing model management and promotions. I want them to have the best shots and I can work with them on a better price then others.“
Goebel has plans to expand Royal Eagles outside of Indiana and having offices in New York City, Los Angeles, and Miami, Florida. He wants to build a bigger company that will be known for hard work, trustworthiness, and loyalty. He plans to build his client list up and work closely with clothing companies and all kinds of businesses looking for models. He also plans to expand to representing musicians, actors, and actresses.
His advice is to go out there and push for greatness, never take no for an answer, and make sure you believe in yourself because its a hard job to get going and long hours!
