What is Rocketswap ?

Rocketswap is a community developed AMM (Automated Market Maker) which resides on the Lamden Blockchain. Rocketswap will introduce a new multi-use token called RSWP!

Our Mission

We are a small team of engineers, with 40+ years of experience, committed to pushing the envelope of what is possible in the blockchain space, delivering value to the ecosystem as a whole and to our users.

We built Rocketswap to strengthen and foster a growing Lamden ecosystem. Rocketswap will achieve this goal by creating positive feedback loops across projects, allowing all Lamden assets to find fair market value.

All existing Lamden native tokens, including TAU, will be compatible with Rocketswap from day one.

What makes RSWP Special?

RSWP will be available to farm by staking Mainnet TAU on the Rocketswap app. The Rocketswap team believes very strongly in a fair-launch and to facilitate this there will be no pre-mine of RSWAP. This gives all members of the community the same opportunity to accumulate RSWP.

RSWP is a multi-use, deflationary, utility token. Holders of RSWP will gain the following benefits in the app:

• Paying fees in RSWAP will reduce the fee percentage from 0.3% to 0.2%
• Reduce fees up to 50% more by staking RSWP
• Take part in Rocketswap’s DAO governance to shape the future of the ecosystem. All variables in the Rocketswap contract will be votable, including the fee percentages mentioned above.

• Price: To be set by market
• Distribution: TAU Staking & market LP Staking
• Emission Rate: % of total on a yearly basis. 30, 20, 15, 10, 7, 5, 4, 3, 2, 2, 1, 1.
• Dev Reward: 10% of emissions
• Deflationary Mechanisms: Burn on payment of RSWP transaction fee.

Our Reasons for choosing Lamden

Scalability

We chose Lamden for Rocketswap because of the transaction speed, quick sub-second finality and low fees. Lamden will allow RocketSwap to process thousands of transactions per second, which is much more throughput than any legacy Layer 1 Blockchain currently offers.

Community Led

We have found the Lamden team to be extremely open and supportive throughout our development efforts, offering good humour, technical support, legal guidance and funding via Lamden Labs. They have encouraged us to form our own vision for the platform, always augmenting and allowing our ideas to grow.

How can I get RSWP?

RSWP will be distributed by staking Mainnet TAU on Launch Date. This staking pool will be live indefinitely.

Shortly afterwards, the RSWP/TAU LP farming pool will be opened, providing a higher RSWP reward to compensate for the unfortunate realities of impermanent loss.

How can I get Mainnet TAU?

You can currently purchase ERC20 TAU on Uniswap or Bilaxy, and then use the token swap process to join the Lamden Mainnet.
