Are you late everywhere? Can’t find a way to change it? Stay calm. Today we are going to share some tips to help you get to class early.

Tips to reduce the possibility of being late

1) Keep more than one alarm

To get up every morning, you depend on the alarm, so you should find one that is reliable and effective. In case you use the one on your smartphone, try different tones until you find the one you consider strong enough to wake you up. An advice? If it is difficult for you to wake up at dawn, you can place more than one alarm.

2) Sleep schedules

Having sleep schedules helps you not only to organize your routine but also to have enough energy to face daily activities. Try to go to bed at a reasonable time to be able to meet the recommended eight hours of sleep.

3) Prepare your things the day before

Both a backpack and the uniform that you will use for your school must be prepared and hung a few steps from your bed so that you do not spend time preparing it in the morning since normally the body is also slower at those times. You should review everything you need to bring to school and put it a day before to avoid forgetting something.

4) Leave your basic things at one point

In the same way, in case you carry a lunch box with your snack or a bag with your belongings, it is worth leaving everything ready from the night before. Thus, when you wake up, you will only have to get dressed and collect your things, without the need to prepare something or risk forgetting it. So above a piece of furniture or in the hall, put those objects that you will need in the course of the day: wallet, keys, cell phone, etc.

5) Bathe the night before

In addition to sleeping with your body more relaxed, in the morning you will not have damp hair, and you will avoid wasting time in an activity that consumes a few key minutes; If you are one of those who already have this habit ingrained, give the alarm a few minutes.

6) Try to arrive 15 minutes before

Commonly they say that we have 15 minutes of “tolerance”, but why not apply the opposite case; arriving 15 minutes in advance will help you arrive more relaxed, and you will be able to adapt more quickly to the day, than if you arrive sharp on time and focus on your studies.

7) Murphy’s Law

“Anything that can go wrong will go wrong”. Take into account the traffic to get to school and especially foresee any situation that may happen, remember that the rain congests the roads and that there are streets that are congested more than others.

These are some points that you can take into account for when you take your children, or you go to school. Ideally, it is essential to foster a culture of punctuality.
