David Waslen
CEO
Co-Founder

Dave is a corporate finance, governance and structuring specialist with extensive executive management experience. He has a breadth of experience including roles with Canadian business maverick W. Brett Wilson from the TV series Dragons’ Den, high-profile startups in New York, and has launched and managed an ongoing private equity acquisition fund. Dave has economics and engineering degrees from Dartmouth College and an MBA from London Business School with a concentration in entrepreneurship.

Peter Danihel

Peter is a passionate entrepreneur and self taught programmer. He found success in his early teens having started and sold multiple online businesses on his own. One of Peter’s major talents is being able to adapt and learn very quickly in the ever-evolving world of technology. Over the last 2 years Peter has also developed an interest and skills within the financial markets and world of trading derivatives.

Rhys Boulanger

Rhys is well known for being an avid entrepreneur in the automotive industry since an early age. His management and recruitment skills are top tier and he has had a history of success in building multiple highly profitable e-commerce web platforms. Rhys’ skill set will enable Rublix to work with the best programmers and designers in the industry.

Chris Chan

Chris has a strong background in finance and derivative trading. He is brilliant in mathematics and is widely known for discovering exploits in today’s market. His unique investment style focuses on volatility trading and has provided him with an impressive track record. Chris will be managing Rublix’ investment portfolio ensuring the company remains profitable and ahead at all times during its development phase.

Jeff Chin

Jeff has a successful working relationship with Co-Founder Peter on previous business endeavors. Always thinking of novel ideas and product enhancements, Jeff has strong marketing and technical skills that he will bring to the Rublix team. Jeff graduated from The Northern Alberta Institute with a diploma in business management.
