Bavarian veal sausage = Being in Goa = Goan rosary chorizo = Goan sausage pulao.
The only pity is the bloody Goan beer (Kings, which is, by the way, the ONLY real Pilsner made in India) was gone. My foolish not-so-significant-other had bloody finished it. Otherwise, Bavarian sausage = Goan sausage pulao + beer = AWESOME FTW!
Terrible picture but the light was completely gone by the time I got this right. The next time, I swear!
