How smart phones affect our life? There could be so many answers.We receive a lot of information from our mobile phones every single day or maybe every minutes. We are immersed in it,However, we do not really care about it.

People keep looking down in front of their mobile phones every day. I saw people moving their heads up and down in the subway. I saw people kept checking their phones on bed before sleep. I saw people checking their phones when they are having dinner with friends instead of talking to each other.

I regard people as a body with a head that can move up and down.

And what if i can give them a rhythmic movement?
