A portal opens on 8 Aug 2022, into a storm. Whether you are swirled a bit, or flung around wildly, or out altogether, depends on where you have located yourself in the last two years.
Some of the human species chose to bend and not break through the pandemic. Some others chose to break and mend instead of bending. There is no right or wrong choice. Only, each has consequences, and is reflective of how we need to evolve. But evolve we must, that is the prerogative of the collective, and of all of life. What did you do, in each area of your life? Looking back, where has that choice led you? What do you need to prepare for now?
We are most likely looking at months of escalated violent conflict around the world, and within our worlds. It’ll reflect in every aspect of our life — the personal, the political, the social, the emotional. In an immense act of belonging, life is stripping away the privilege and luxury of looking away from what is disturbing. If that has been a pattern for you, it is time to look yourself in the eye. If you are in the world, everything in the world matters. Can you summon the courage to belong?
The storm is coming. It will plunge you into your deepest, darkest fears. You can attempt to run to a shelter. Or to become the shelter. What identity will you operate from?
