How to design a purpose-driven culture

Last week, I published an article on organizational culture. I made two points:

  1. Culture encompasses everything that you do, not just the “soft stuff” like office parties and open-door policies.
  2. Cultures can’t be good or bad. They only facilitate or hinder your purpose.

Today I released a tool on my website that helps you think this through and take steps to (re) design your culture.

Print it out. Play around with it. Share it with your friends and neighbors. The kids will love it.
