I just got a new pair of earphones (earbuds?). From the ubiquitous online site where you can buy anything under the sun and get it within a day or so. You know who I mean.

I had been given a pair of wireless Samsung GearIconX ones from one of my bosses a few months ago — very nice of them! Because they didn’t use them an anymore because they had Apple airpods.

They were pretty good. My first pair of wireless Bluetooth earbuds (yes, me taking another step into the 21st century!). But they got a little uncomfortable wearing them for long periods and they were quite noise canceling. Even when just wearing one at a time which I always did. So not the best for safety purposes — especially when running outside because I couldn’t hear the best. I used them for workouts and running and also for listening to podcasts while at work throughout the day — I have a desk/computer job so need something to keep me occupied!

Anyway, the other day, the little mesh cover came off one of them and I couldn’t stick it back on — because it was so tiny! So that, I thought, was a good reason to get a new pair! Besides, they were free so I wasn’t Out of pocket and I’d had a good 6 months or so…
