Calling ALL runners!

As I’ve written about before, I’m a new runner. Or rather a new old runner? I used to run years ago, and then stopped (’cause, life). And after a 7.5 year break started up again this past summer. And I’m really loving it now.

So much so, I just created a Facebook group called Run With Intention — which is for runners of every ability.

I believe that every run we do has a why, a reason, a purpose, an intention — whether slow, fast or everything in between.

And whether you’re brand new to running, or an old hand — everyone is welcome in this inclusive group.

The point of the group is that: our intention (our reason why) can change with every run. And that by sharing our intentions (and whether we’ve accomplished them or not) that can help motivate us — and others at the same time!

Maybe yours is:

to challenge yourself

to get healthier

to lose weight

to get outside

to move your body

to get faster?

to learn to pace yourself

for a cause
