Not so long ago several of members of our community pointed out Gamer Grind Co. as both an excellent product, as well as solid choice for an affiliate program with their streaming platforms.

Today we take a look at this company, it’s affiliate program, it’s product, and give you all the information you need to help determine if this brand is right for your channel.

The Product

Of course, the number one concern with any affiliate program is whether or not the company you’re working with actually provides a consistent, quality product. While this may not concern some streamers and their platforms, they aren’t likely to be reading this review.

The Coffee

We tried their Dark Ops blend earlier this week, and throughout the office we were met with praise and approval. Their coffee has a flavor profile which can hold it’s own against other major brands, including the typical office staple Starbucks.

Currently they carry a somewhat limited range of blends, nine in total, excluding the team specific ones.

The price point for this coffee is however a bit steep, looking at around $14.99 USD for one 10oz bag. This combined with shipping makes for a fairly expensive cup of coffee.

Outside of coffee they carry a range of coffee mugs in various themes which go right along with your blend of choice.

Team Stores

One unique aspect which we came across is the ability to create a team store, carrying a variety of products. While most of the merchandise here is relatively generic as far as team stores go, if you’re serious about coffee they have an option to create a custom blend for $145.00 which could be exactly what you’re looking for.

The Affiliate Program

This is where the company starts to get really interesting from a streamer’s perspective. They have a very well laid out program which addresses streamers of all sizes, and even allows the smallest of creators to be able to reach the highest tiers depending on the amount of effort put in.

We like this aspect because, unlike many other programs where you’re limited by your reach, the limitations outlined here are yours to break through.

Affiliate

Everyone has to start somewhere, and this is it.

You have to post once a month on your social media, and follow the company. Which lets face it, really isn’t a challenging task and would hardly interfere with anyone’s social media campaigns.

For this level you get a 5% discount for personal use, and receive a 5% commission on products sold using your affiliate information.

Partners

Pretty much the same here as affiliate other than you need to have 1,000 social media followers.

Don’t have the followers? Not a problem, this is where your hard work comes into play. According to their website, at 20 sales using your affiliate code, you’re automatically upgraded.

Influencers

Again, the same as before however you’re looking at needing 10,000 social media followers.

Another difference here is that you receive 10% commission from sales using your affiliate code.

Still at 285 followers? Well make 50 sales and you’re upgraded to this tier.

15% Commission Rate

For those serious about selling products, after 100 sales you are eligible for a 15% commission rate.

Conclusion

This company provides unparalleled social media support to it’s affiliates, so you know that you’re working with a company that puts in effort to help you as well. It’s not just a one way street here.

While the coffee is expensive, when you take into account that any streamer has the potential to earn 15% on each sale, it’s a lot more understandable as to why they priced the product where they did.

With a high quality product, great social media support, and an affiliate program that lets you progress despite your size and measured ultimately by your successes in promoting their product with increasing rewards as you go, this is certainly a viable option for any streamer.
