Spring is officially here and its time to plan your travels. Often times the best way to see a city is by running it so why not plan your travels around your marathon schedule. Here are 5 marathons worth traveling for this spring:

New Jersey Marathon

This scenic and fast course brings you on a lovely tour of New Jersey’s quintessential neighbourhoods — Oceanport, Monmouth Beach, Long Branch, Deal, Allenhurst, Loch Arbour, Asbury Park and Ocean Grove. After your race, take a leisurely stroll along the Ocean City Boardwalk and grab some sumptuous seafood!

BMO Vancouver Marathon

Deemed one of the top 10 destination marathons by Forbes.com, the Vancouver Marathon brings you through some of the city’s most gorgeous beaches and along the breathtaking seawall in Stanley Park. After your race, head over to the public market in Granville island for some fresh produce or head over to the North Shore to check out more beautiful trails!

Great Wall Marathon
