2016 NYBL FINALS STOP
The best thing about the circuit, is that it stays supercharged all summer. Even in the busiest time in grassroots hoops where fatigue and injuries creep up, elite players are still displaying upside and grit in this important phase of their budding careers.
Down in Atlanta, the environment was positive. The event brought in intense competition, great size, and solid talent. Below we highlight and classify those standouts who performed well AND possessed qualities of an elite level player.

Poised, heady, alert, and HSHM (high skill high motor) wing with outside range and mid range confidence, elite jump shot elevation and accuracy.
#2 Duncan Powell 6'5" WCAS (CA)
Versatile, skilled and athletic big wing. Reads passing lanes well and is dangerous in transition.
#3 Dionte Huges 6'4" Team Teague (IN)
A rim protector & solid finisher w/ great hands. This very active 2021 power forward spaces floor well, makes contact on screens, and gains extra possessions for the team.
#4 Ryan Conway 6'2" Baltimore United(DMV)
Super competitive 2021 Jumbo guard, elite handle, speed, and athleticism. Makes open shots, high motor and is driven to win.
#5 Jacorey Brooks 6'1"South Florida Elite (FL)
A strong,decisive, and explosive 2021 guard that’s a match up problem for most. Usually draws double teams and makes plays.
#6 Jalen Black 5'7 Team Teague
Deceptive highly skilled floor general w/ poised demeanor that hunts the paint to create, has very smooth shot and pesky defense.
