Yesterday, I finally had an almost regular run after a three week stop caused by muscular inflammation and, of course, I felt enthusiastic — even considering a bit of anxiety as I was worried the pain could come back. But fortunately, everything seems fine and I’m ready to dive into my training schedule.

Needless to say, I couldn’t wait for this day to come and, even if it wasn’t a long break, I lived it as if it was the opposite.
