Embrace the Glory of a Good Warmup

When I first started running, I rarely warmed up. I’d step out my front door, half-assedly do some exercises I remembered from my days playing soccer, then I’d hit the streets. I was young and fast, so what did it matter?

Also when I first started running, I was always getting injured. I wonder if those two things were related?
