My Inner Thoughts Throughout a Humid Run

This is ridiculous and voluntary. No one is making me do this. So why am I doing this?

I have to do this or I’ll think about how I didn’t run all day. All day.

It is 81% humidity. Here I go.

Maybe if I run in the shade as much as possible, it won’t be too bad.
