Personal Experience
This is my first Kinvara, surprising since they are up to 14, but I just started getting into running over a year ago. I’ve run in other shoes from the Saucony family (Endorphin Speed 3 and the Endorphin Pro 3) and have enjoyed every kilometer in those shoes. As for the Kinvara 14, this shoe lives up to its reputation as a naturally fast and ultra-flexible daily trainer.
