I’ve always been one to have chronically tight calves. No matter how much stretching I try, I’ve had the most success with strength and mobility work that focuses on a full range of motion. Over the past few months, I’ve explored some new modifications to old calf-raise favorites and it’s been both refreshing and transformative to challenge myself in this area once again.
