  • Running can also boost your immune system and lower your risk of developing blood clots.
  • Believe it or not, running can reduce the risk of developing diabetes. For women, it can also lower your risk of breast cancer. Adding on, it can lower your change of having a stroke, heart attack and high blood pressures.
  • Not all the benefits of running are physical, running can boost your confidence and overall self esteem. By achieving set goals, your overall happiness can skyrocket.
  • One of the many reasons why people run is to relieve stress. When you run, your body forces energy and hormones to exert.
  • Last but no least, running has the power to eliminate depression. Whether it be in children, teens, adults or the elderly. When your running, your brain is clear of thoughts and instead it focuses on the running and environment.
