The majority of the world thinks running is very simple with no wrong way to do it, well they are totally wrong. Fun fact running is the sport that gets the most underestimated and considered the easiest which is not true at all, just like every other sport it takes practice.

Running has a incorrect and correct form, an example of the incorrect form is you have a hunched back and your not focused what so ever on your run which could cause you to not be as fast and have a smaller endurance. You usually get a hunch back when you get tired so just make sure you keep the correct form and then you most likely wont be as tired.

The correct form for running is don’t tilt your chin up or down keep it forward make sure your chin is in lined with your body. Your eyes can honestly be focused on anything or anywhere but a focused gaze in front of you will be easier for you to maintain the correct posture.

a lot of the world is hunched over for more then 8 hours on a desk or a phone, so when your running it is important to open your shoulders while you run ( you should pull them back almost like your squeeing a pencil between your shoulder blades) this could be uncomfortable at first but it does get better over time. keeping correct posture can help you be faster and have a better endurance.

Your arms should always be at a 90 degree angle your palms and fist should move from chin to hip in a rhythm. Your torso is one of the most important parts in running because it is where all your power comes from just make sure to have a tall spin with a tight core and never hunch. Please keep this in mind while you are running.
