  • Drink lemon water every morning

I know drinking lemon water every morning sounds weird and gross but i can assure you that is defiantly not gross but yet more refreshing then just plain old boring water. Study’s have shown that due to the vitamin C in lemons that it comes with a ton of great health benefits such as, flushing your toxins, alkalizes your body, keeps your digestive system working good and normal which can also help you loose some extra belly fat, it gives you more energy and last but not least it fights off inflammation. So before you got reach for that cup of coffee every morning DON’T because lemon water can give you that boost of energy you want in a healthier and more hydrating way.

  • Decorate your water bottle in a fancy way

believe it or not decorating your water bottle can help you drink more water in a day. Your probably asking how? but heres why, if you decorate your water bottle by how many ounces you should drink by a certain time everyday then its like a fun challenge to make sure you drink that certain amount of water before your next time goal.

Heres a example of what that would look like
  • Do a workout while your watching your favorite TV show

working out while watching one of your favorite TV shows is definitely a good hack to stay healthy while you also want to lounge. If you just sit back eating potato chips on your coach that wont do anything other then get you closer to over weight. Watching a good tv show while doing little things such as planks, pushups, lunges and jumping jacks will easily get your mind sucked up into your show instead of your workout so it will take your mind off your negativity’s saying you can’t do it.

  • If your in pain go running

I know it sounds crazy but when your in pain a better solution thats more healthier and benefits your body more then medicine is running. The reason why for this is because it reduces joint pain and helps combat fatigue so the next time you have a headache or menstrual cycle cramps go out for a run and thank me later.

  • Chew gum to stop your cravings

when your craving something sweet due to boredom DON’T CAVE IN because you can easily fight that urge by chewing a sweet piece of gum because its also sweet with WAYY less calories and it distracts your mind for thinking about food 24/7.

  • Drink more water before a meal

If you chug a cup of water before you eat anything then you will most likely get full from water so when you eat you will be more full faster and wont eat as much food and so you will consume the right amount of food for your body and it can help you loose weight by not over eating.
