So many people make running out to be a sport that is all in good for you with nothing but positive effects which is no where near the truth at all. All good things seem to have their perks for an example running can have many negative effects on the body. One of the most important rule in running is having the correct form of posture, if you have the incorrect posture it can lead to so many injuries.

Running burns a ton of calories but sometimes burning all the calories can cause you to have a apetite increase, after a run you may notice that you will be hungry and craving more food in your body thats why it is important to stock up on protein before a run and eat only healthy foods after a run. Running gives people the sense that just because you burned a ton of calories in your workout that its okay to binge out of burgers fries or anything unhealthy.

If your trying to put on a serious muscle mass, running may derail your efforts. For an example running significant distances without ample calories intake can definitely cause you to loose muscle instead of gain it.

Running with the wrong form can cause a ton of pain/injuries such as shin splints and knee pain so its important to always wear the right running shoes and have the correct form which i will touch on later.

To much running can impact your heart and in a negative way for an example a study in Kansas City Missouri shows that exercise can put you at a risk of heart problems including coronary artery and diastolic dysfunction, this due to the way your blood flows through your coronary arteries.

Always make sure to run in decent amounts and spread your workouts out through the days of the week so you don’t expirence injuries and heart problems.
