First things first most people have bad experiences at a young age when it comes to running for instance, When your younger your forced to run and its looked upon as a chore. Usually gym coaches or sports coaches make you run for punishment so its looked upon as a punishment. Running for sure does not have to be boring or viewed as a bad thing because in all honesty its a incredible thing to do.

To get yourself to enjoy running you should start by setting goals for yourself, whether it means don’t walk or work on trying not to walk during a run can help push you to try your very best. Seeing your goals be accomplished will help you want tot keep setting goals and push you to keep working.

PACE YOURSELF its very important to pace yourself and go your own speed because if you start out with a sprint your going to be exhausted in less than 20 seconds. Most people want to start off being fast but if your a beginner at running your not going to be there quite yet its okay to start off slow. Going at the most comfortable pace for yourself will most likely make you enjoy running more because you can enjoy your workout instead of feeling like your dying. As you keep continue running it will help build your endurance and teach your body to be more efficient.

Another important thing you can do to make yourself love running is go running with a friend, sometimes the fear of running alone makes a person scared. If you invite a friend you will most likely get lost in conversation with them and your miles and run will fly by. If you invite a friend you both can encourage each other to keep going and keep pushing, sometimes it takes a friend to move you along.

Hit the trails you don’t have to run on a treadmill or track that is boring because your staying in one place. If you hit the trails you can enjoy the weather or see very beautiful sunrises/sunsets or experience beautiful scenery. I promise you if you run a new place everyday you will most likely enjoy it more.

Measure your success if you see our progress it will encourage you to keep running and make you feel good about yourself. Your confidence level will be increasingly boosted. Always challenge yourself a little challenge can add more fun to your run. But most importantly don’t run everyday if you make yourself run everyday it will be more like a chore then a hobby.
