The color Run (synthesis)
The color run is known as the happiest 5k run ever, if you couldn’t already tell by the pretty bright colors. The color run was founded in 2011 and is now one of the largest running series in the world, as well as the funnest for many reasons such as throwing bright colors on people whats not to love about throwing things at people. Obviously the bright colored run has attracted so many people because over 6 million people have experienced this run.
Not only does this run just sound amazing all around but it is amazing because there main priority for this run is to create more laughing funny memories then worry about how many miles you ran. This race celebrates healthiness, happiness and individually. The color run is not timed so its more based on a personal goal then to compete with other individuals.
The color run is less about your miles but more about having the time of your life so the only rules to this run is to wear ALL WHITE and finish in plastered in color. Once you finish the run everybody receives a free t- shirt (who doesn’t love free) and a finishers medal and more colors to throw at people. The color run doesn’t just end at the finish line but ends with a festival full of more colors and loud music and dancing.
This run is such a big event that it takes place in 35+ countries so don’t worry about missing out on this fun, exciting event. If you don’t enjoy running but want to get fit i recommend the color run because its more about having fun and enjoying yourself but yet still getting fit at the same time.
