Running is the oldest and most important olympic sport starting from 776 BC, the earliest record of running for a sport comes from Ireland. Running is one of the most easiest and basic thing that is required in a lot of sports such as Soccer, Basketball, football, rugby, lacrosse, cross country, track and baseball.
Running is enjoyed by millions of people from all over the world but some also don’t have the love for running like most do. Running may seem so easy that starting a routine for running would seem so silly but to some people running is more like a chore then a hobby.
