Example of a Notion Page

Dark Reader:

Chrome Web Store extension for chromium browsers. This eye-care extension enables night mode creating dark themes for websites on the fly. Dark Reader inverts bright colors making them high contrast and easy to read at night. Personally, I recently discovered this extension and it has been a lifesaver truly, especially if you study/work a lot late at night.

Before and After

Infinity New Tab:

Make your new tab look aesthetically pleasing :D and add useful features like a fully functional to-do list and a fully integrated extension manager.

Example of what infinity new tab looks like :3

LifeatSpaces:

A website that is essentially a virtual study space where you can customize yourself. You can set different peaceful tunes to play while studying, add to-do lists and set timers and so much more.

Educational

GitHub Student Developer Pack:

Looking into getting into development in tech? :D Here is a useful resource with all the best developer tools in one place.

FreeCodecamp.org:

A website created by a nonprofit organization that strives to give free resources for people wanting to learn to code. There are thousands of free and interactive coding tutorials from Python to SQL to Java. Great tool for learning some extra technical skills!

Adobe Creative Cloud (Rutgers Students):

A relatively new resource for Rutgers students, now you can get Adobe Creative Cloud for free! Some standout apps include Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and much more. SHEESH!!!!!

LinkedIn Learning:

One of my favorite self-learning resources, with thousands of professionally created courses in anything from business to tech to graphic design for you to choose from. Not to mention, you get a certificate at the end of the courses to show on your profile to potential employers!

Microsoft Office:

Last but not least Microsoft office suite which includes Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, are all essential for any school-related work. Rutgers students get free access to the Microsoft Office suite and even access to Outlook/cloud storage with Rutgers connect!!

Grammarly:

Are you tired of grammar mistakes that could make your perfect A paper to a B paper? Are you tired of using the same words over and over again but don’t know what to change them into? Fear not: Grammarly is here to save the day. Grammarly is a cross-platform cloud-based writing assistant that reviews spelling, grammar, punctuation, clarity, engagement, and delivery mistakes. It uses AI to identify and search for an appropriate replacement for the mistake it locates. If you sign up using your student email you get Grammarly pro for free which gives you even more advanced suggestions and even plagiarism detection build-in. Neat!

Discounts

StudentBeans:

Similar to Honey, the extension for couple codes, this is that but for students. Here you can find all types of discounts for students on everything, whether that’s tech, food or fashion !!!! I have personally used the discount codes provided here and it works!! That’s how I got Filmora for a stellar discount :).

Unidays

Like StudentBeans, Unidays offers a variety of discounts in categories like fashion, beauty, food and drink, and technology. Save up to 60% on Adobe Creative Cloud and score coupons for Levi’s, Asos, Dr. Martens, H&M and many more!

I would like to mention as a final note most universities provide free unlimited Google Drive storage for students with their school-specific email so be sure to take advantage of that!

Thanks for reading and have a nice day!
