Job Posting Teardown: Instructure

One of the things that surprises me as I work through the queue of companies for this job posting teardown series is just how many companies get things right… and more surprising is how many of them are somewhat unknown outside of their industries.

I first heard about Instructure about five years ago at SXSWedu. We’ve kept our eye on them and have a lot of respect for the work they’re doing in with the candidate experience in their careers page and job postings.

So while you may not have heard of them, it’s no coincidence that an ed-tech company is schooling the world on how things should be done.

(This series was inspired by Samuel over at UserOnBoard.com)

Our goal is never to offend the people who put time, work and effort into the job postings we look at but we hope to start a discussion, offer suggestions, create a more compelling candidate experience and give a nod to the companies getting it right.

Let me know your thoughts and if you like what we’re doing, hit the heart beside or under this post to show some love.
