The RxEAL team would like to express our sincere appreciation to everyone who has participated in the token sale and supported our project. The token sale has now ended and no more contributions can be made at the moment. Please stay connected with us on our social media channels (Telegram, Facebook, Twitter) to follow the project’s implementation.
The RxEAL token sale started on March 12, 2018 / 12:00 (UTC) and ended on May 11, 2018 / 12:00 (UTC). During the token sale, we have raised 318.89 ETH (250’000 USD at historical ETH exchange rate at the moment of contributions).
This means that we have raised the minimum amount required to launch the project, ensuring the implementation of the RxEAL solution.
Kickico campaign
Contributors who participated in the token sale within the Kickico platform will receive the tokens with the additional bonus within the 5 day period.
Bitcointalk bounty distribution
Bounty campaign has ended and no more new stakes will be counted. Nevertheless, sharing of the project news is appreciated, as it will benefit all the token holders including bounty participants.
We will dedicate 3% of the tokens created in the ICO to the bounty campaign: 1% reserved for the community management and 2% distributed among all participants. We are beginning the process of calculating total stakes earned by the participants, and all bounties will be distributed during the month June, once we have complete data about amount of tokens earned by each participant.

Token amount corresponding to earned stakes will be published once all calculations are made. We will keep you updated on our social media.

Telegram referral campaign distribution
Total amount of 240,000RXL tokens were allocated for the Telegram referral campaign, however the distributed amount will be less, as only valid referrals are counted and we will validate all the participants to prevent distribution to those who are abusing the campaign rules. Validation process happens on our side from the information in the database and does not require any action from participants, while the goal is to ensure a fair referral token distribution.

Please note that some of your referred members may have left the group before the end of the token sale, therefore reducing the amount of valid participants. Repeating ETH address or other violations may also reduce the number of valid referrals.
Telegram referral campaign tokens will be distributed during the month June, once we have complete data about amount of tokens earned by valid participants.
KYC process is not required for telegram referral campaign participants.

Exchange listings
The RXL token will be listed on the Nebula exchange on August 1st, 2018. Upon this listing, we will also officially add the token to EtherDelta decentralized exchange.
We are also excited to announce that we have reached an official agreement to be listed on the Ovis exchange, the exact listing date will be announced going forward.
The trading launch date is set to August 1st in order to allow us approach this event as a well-founded project. Product release and exciting industry partnerships we are working on will provide a strong support for the project.
Major exchanges are being worked on via our advisor network and will be added as the project develops.
Token Burn
Unsold tokens will stay in the vault contract until all distributions are made to calculate the exact final amount of tokens in circulation. Once everything is calculated and all tokens are distributed according to the percentages specified in the Whitepaper, we will announce the token burn event and decrease the total supply.
Giveaway winner
As promised, we will also announce the winner of our token sale giveaway who will receive 20 ETH (24000RXL at the base rate) worth of RXL tokens within a week after the token sale closing date. The winner will be announced on our Telegram Group in form of 5 first and 5 last alphanumerics of the address.

August 1st: Nebula and EtherDelta exchange listing;
TBA: Ovis exchange listing;
TBA: Burn of the unsold tokens.
Next steps
Currently, our main focus is the RxEAL platform development to ensure smooth pilot project launch. We are also building an API to make the RxEAL platform pluggable into existing systems for corporate clients. We expect the fully functional platform to be released in late Q3 2018.
