America at Work
A few weeks before his 50th birthday, creative director and photographer Josh Rose lost his job. It is the first time he's been unemployed since age 13. His life so far has revolved around his career, but he's been newly fascinated by how the concept of "work" has evolved. Harnessing the great artists and photojournalists before him as inspiration, Josh has embarked on a month-long road trip around the country to document modern American attitudes towards their jobs. To photograph people and tell their stories.
