Ich stelle fest: dieses geteilte Nähen in drei verschiedenen BOMs ist ziemlich gut für mich. Jedesmal, wenn ich bei einem Projekt eigentlich schon wieder keine Lust mehr drauf hab, kann ich bei einem anderen weiter nähen. Der restliche Nähmonat steht dann frei für andere Näharbeiten (der Frühling naht!) oder ich kann an meinen UFOS weiter arbeiten. Für eine komplette Chaotin wie mich funktioniert das System im Moment sehr gut.

I love this particial sewing of three different BOMs. Everytime I get “bored” I can switch to another project and sew on. The remaining month is open to unfinished projects or other sewing. Quite satisfying for a chaotic person like me. I can keep on creating something new and still finish old stuff.

Der dritte Teil des Samstags-Samplers ist fertig. Jeden ersten Samstag im Monat hole ich mir mein Päckchen mit Stoff ab, zusammen mit den neuen Instruktionen für den neuen Block.

Here is the third part of the sew-along of my favorite fabric store. Every first saturday of the month I get my small package of fabric and new instructions for the new block.

Ich muss zugeben: Ich habe vorher noch nie Flying Geese genäht! Und trotzdem ist bei dem ganzen Block nur eine Ecke, mit der ich unzufrieden bin, aber ich sage nicht, welche :) Zum Aufmachen hatte ich keine Lust mehr, also bleibt es jetzt so.

I have to confess: these are my first flying geese! Nevertheless, there is just one corner I am very unsatisfied (but I won’t show it ;D), but I just didn’t want to redo it, so I’ll live with it.
