Living in Los Angeles is like heaven most of the time, but hell once you get on the 405 and 101 freeways. Although there is always traffic and way too much hype surrounding kale, there are an endless amount of things to do here in LA.

From 1Oak, to The Nice Guy, to LACMA, there’s no wonder why our home is considered the “Entertainment Capital of The World.” But sometimes clubbing, spending hundreds of dollars on dinner and looking at art can get old, but thankfully, live music is always near.

So if you’re looking to add a twist to your LA-nightlife, try going to a local show. Here is a list of the top 7 Hip-Hop and R&B shows coming to Los Angeles this Fall!

7. Tory Lanez “I Told You Tour”- Friday November 4, at The Observatory in Santa Ana

After recently finishing up his summer tour with A$AP Mob royalty, A$AP Ferg, Tory Lanez took no breaks, as he went straight into kicking off his “I Told You Tour” late July.

It’s now been a little over a year since Tory Lanez released his first single “Say It” which is part of his album that he recently announced will be titled, “I Told You.” Lanez’ latest official single for the album, “Luv,” was just released a few months ago and has already been a huge hit this summer.

That being said, you can expect to lose your voice singing along to these great tracks.

6. Rae Sremmurd with Lil Yachty “SremmLife II Tour” - Tuesday November 15, at The Observatory in Santa Ana

If bad bitches are the only thing that you like…then this ones for you. Rae Sremmurd will be performing at the The Observatory in Santa Ana on November 15th and will be sharing the stage with Lil Yachty.

Some of Rae’s most popular songs include “No Flex Zone” and “Throw Sum Mo” featuring Nicki Minaj. If this show is anything like his Billboard Hot 100 Music Festival performance last month, then you definitely won’t want to miss this.

5. A$AP Ferg- Sunday November 11, at The Observatory in Santa Ana

A$AP Ferg, an original member of the well known Hip-Hop group ‘A$AP Mob’ , will be hitting the stage once again on November 11th at the Observatory in Santa Ana.

If you plan on attending this event, you can expect to hear some of his most popular songs like “Shabba” and his own remix to “Work” — no I’m not talking about Rihanna’s summer hit.

So prepare yourself for a lot of hype, a lot of weed and a lot of mosh pits because it will be lit.

4. Schoolboy Q “Blank Face Tour”- Saturday October 15, at the Shrine Auditorium in LA

The original member of ‘Black Hippy’, a hip hop group that also includes names like Ab-Soul and Kendrick Lamar, ScHoolboy Q is set to hit the stage on October 15th at the Shrine Auditorium.

Q recently released his second major album titled “Blank Face LP” and includes the major summer hit “THat Part.” As he is the “Man of the Year,” you can expect to see lots of titties, ass and hands in the air at this event.

That being said, why would you not want to go?!

3. Bad Boy Reunion- Tuesday October 4, at the Forum in Inglewood

Puff Daddy, Lil Kim, Faith Evans and the rest of the crew are back to a Bad Boy Reunion Tour. You can listen to the tunes that you grew up groovin’ and jammin’ to. Diddy also just recently added DMX as a permanent act for the remaining tours.

It’s like a 1990’s heaven!

2. Drake & Future “Summer Sixteen Tour”- September 27, 28 & 29 at the Forum in Inglewood

Started from the bottom and now he’s running three back-to-back shows here in LA! Drakes’ Summer Sixteen tour will be back in LA for round 2 this September 27, 28 & 29th at the Forum in Inglewood and if it’s anything like his last LA shows, you can expect surprise guest performers such as Rihanna, Lil Wayne and “major key alert” Dj Khaled.

With his recent album release, Views, there is no doubt that songs like “Pop Style” and “Controlla” will get the crowd up on their feet for the entire duration of the show!

1. Kanye West “Saint Pablo Tour”- October 25, 26, 27th and Nov. 1 at The Forum in Inglewood

One of the most talked about artists of 2016 will be shutting down Los Angeles with not one…not two…not three…but FOUR shows to close out his Saint Pablo Tour.

Yeezus will walk this October 25, 26, 27th and November 1st at the Forum in Inglewood and I can promise you, you do not want to miss this. The Saint Pablo Tour is already being rumored to be Kanye’s greatest tour of all time and quite possibly one of the best produced tours of our time. You can expect to hear popular songs such as “Famous” and “Father Stretch My Hands Part 1” from his latest album The Life of Pablo, as well as some of his older tracks like “Runaway.”

Nothing about this tour will be normal, so get ready to see a large floating stage, a wild general admission crowd and a lot of fake Yeezy’s.

Los Angeles, it is time to get LIT.
