Mt. SAC students react to eating duck embryo for the first time!

This week, we have four new Mt. SAC students volunteer to try food without knowing what they are going to be putting in their mouths.

The dish of the week is the slightly controversial Filipino dish, balut. In this video, you will see how our volunteers react to seeing, smelling, and tasting this odd item.

Again, we encourage everyone to step outside their bubble and eat something that they never thought they would try.
