Who is eligible for Improvement Papers?
- VII semester students can apply for V semester paper improvement.
- V semester students can apply for III semester paper improvement.
- III semester students can apply for I semester paper improvement.
- Improvement in Practical Exams is not allowed.
- Students beyond span period cannot apply.
- Ex-students cannot apply.
The registration process would be handled on the Institute Management System [IMS] (http://www.imsnsit.org).
Steps for Registration:
- Register/Login on IMS (http://www.imsnsit.org).
- Registrations > Supplementary/Improvement Registration.
- Select relevant courses for Supplementary/Improvement papers. Click SUBMIT.
- Print Registration Form.
- Get fee amount verified by the Academic Section (between 10:30AM to 1:00PM on all working days). Form would not be accepted without fee verification.
- Make Fee Payment.
IMS > login > Student Activities > Institute Fee
Students can pay the requisite fee using State Bank Collect, Using Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking/ eChallan at any SBI outlet. - Print multiple copies of Online Fee Payment Receipt/ Photocopies of Bank stamped copy of eChallan. [Proof of Fee Payment]
- Submit Online Filled Examination Registration form, Proof of Fee Payment (Online Payment Receipt/Bank Stamped Copy of eChallan), Passport Size photograph and Self-attested copies of Marksheet which contain previously obtained marks in the courses the student has applied for to the Academic Section(Block IV Ground Floor).
NOTE: Request for Cancellation would only be accepted till 1/11/2016. Thereafter no request would be accepted under any circumstances.
