In case of misplacement or loss of the college identity card, the following are required: written application, FIR and payment of Rs. 100 fine.
The following steps are needed to be followed:
- Lodge an FIR at http://www.delhipolice.nic.in/register.html and take a printout.
- Write an application addressed to section officer, academics. A template of the application can be viewed using the following link:
https://goo.gl/qQExgf - Get the application and FIR signed in the academic office (room no 12 , admin) for the Rs. 100 fine to be paid.
- Get a photocopy of the signed application.
- Go to room 112(Accounts Section) on the first floor of admin block, submit the photocopy and Rs 100 and take its receipt.
- Take the receipt, the original application and FIR in room 012. You will receive a blank I-card.
- Fill up the blank ID and attach a stamp size photograph. Submit the original application, FIR, receipt and ID.
- The ID will be stamped and signed and will be ready in 2–3 days. Collect it from the office.
