The SafeBSC 2021 Roadmap Update
In the first half of the year, we achieved a lot of milestones thanks to support of the community, the team and the process. We have decided to update our roadmap based on a deep internal review that we have completed alongside the new business modeland tech additions that we’ve added to the project team. We are committed to make sure that the SafeBSC mission stays at the root of everything that we do — to be the best DeFi yield farming portfolio and serve as a catalyst for mass adoption of the next generation of DeFi products.
Why Are The Team Doing This?
Our focus is to deliver a safe, transparent and secure DeFi yield farming portfolio for our community. It is our intention to provide thoughtful delivery of products and services that address a wider range of needs and requirements. In order to achieve this, we have committed to spending a significant amount of time reviewing our roadmap and future plans in order to better meet these needs and requirements. In the spirit of transparency, we are sharing the results of this review in the form of our optimized and updated roadmap.
What is the SafeBSC Roadmap?
To outline the top-level features and products that we are working on. We will break down beyond the product or feature into outcomes and benefits as well as sharing key targets and ultimately when we expect these things to happen.
As with any active project there will undoubtedly be complications which will need to be resolved and, in some cases, the roadmap may need to be adjusted both internally and externally. We may be ahead of schedule or we may be facing issues beyond our control. In either case we are committed to providing regular updates.
Our Product Development Lifecycle
An outcome-based approach is what we follow when it comes to defining priorities, while fully embracing the concepts of continuously delivering value to our community.
Every new product development is structured around 3 main phases, each varying in length, complexity and human capital allocation based on the ultimate outcome we are optimizing for:
1. Product Discovery: A user-centric, experiment-driven, and collaborative product management framework that helps us discover the product that supports our project’s mission and community needs, while identifying the key technical and user experience requirements.
2. Product Versioning: An effective product planning framework to allow us to continuously iterate on our product releases, so to constantly improve both the user experience and the business value delivered to our community.
3. Product Delivery: A robust and scalable product implementation structure that our community can depend on for consistency, accessibility and availability in accessing our product solutions and the value they generate.

R1 → WARRIOR
JUL-AUG 2021
The first part of our infrastructure expansion to support platform’s scaling includes Tech Stack System upgrading and current features improving aimed to deliver better performance for current features, especially UX/UI and Farm Price features which will tremendously improve overall features and products. In this phase we are expected to deliver the latest feature, Save Address, letting users save multiple wallet addresses within one account.
R2 → KNIGHT
AUG-SEP 2021
Continue from previous phase, for more features that lining up to be released in this phase featuring The Lowest Price Impact Rate for Large Volume Swapping which will allow swapping in large volume without having to worry about price impact, Impermanent Loss Tracking to track impermanent loss on yield farming based on history data, Price Alert,Time-lock Contract Notify, Estimate Daily Reward and more wallet support. These safe, transparent and secure features will catch the eyes of new users helping us gain more adoptions to our platform and DeFi area. Moreover, our service will be classified in tier levels for more access to more features and products. Subscription model is going to be an addition to our service and Request Ticket feature for requesting new supported protocols or new interesting features and products.
R3 → PALADIN
OCT-DEC 2021
The third phase of SafeBSC will transform our platform into a DeFi investment aggregator, upgrading from monitoring portfolio to investing through SafeBSC platform. We will connect you to our partners and interesting protocols. Any tokens or farms under our radar, with our standard on safeness we will make sure your investment is safe, transparent and secure. Along with Take Profit and Stop Lossfeature to level up your DeFi investment strategy. Track your fund for yield farming evaluated in average with Fund Tracking feature.
