Don’t Keep Your Rider Waiting

We know it’s tempting to start ordering a ride before you finish eating breakfast, but resist the urge😑 Place your order when you’re ready to move. Don’t keep your rider waiting. Time is money, literally, especially for SafeBoda riders. Don’t knock someone else’s hustle😁

Be Accessible

Your rider will try to reach you after you get matched with him/her. Keep your phone close and stay accessible.

Use Landmarks To Order Rides

Use a popular landmark closest to you as your “Pickup location” so your rider can locate and pick you up in time.

Rate Your Rider

After every ride, rate your rider based on your experience throughout the trip. Your rating is on a scale of 1 to 5 stars, with 5 being the highest.

Help us reward top-performing riders and reprimand low performing ones. Help us serve you better.

Be Kind To Your Rider

Don’t be rude to your rider. Everyone in the SafeBoda community is important to us. Treat your rider with respect and kindness.

Comply With SafeBoda’s Policies

For safety’s sake, SafeBoda only accepts one passenger per order. You can’t take ONE ride with your friend.

Use Cashless

It’s cheaper (50% discount this month😁) and more convenient (no need to carry wads of cash or look for change). Choose Cashless, choose convenience.
