SafeStack launches security awareness e-learning offering
It’s been a busy time here at SafeStack. As well as falling in love and building up our awesome tools for small security teams — Dfend, we have been spending some time expanding our training offerings.
Simple, scalable security education for everyone
Today we are launching our very own Security Awareness e-learning platform.
SafeStack OnDemand aims to bring security awareness training to organisations big and small in a low fuss, low cost package.
Now you might be thinking, why would SafeStack choose to pursue the e-learning path?
SafeStack has built a reputation for providing world class security training.
It turns out that people enjoy learning about security that is relevant to their work, in a hands-on and interactive format, without tech jargon thrown at them.
Over the years, we have crafted a wide range of security courses that break down security concepts into pieces that are easy to digest, with lessons that participants can immediately act on. We also have our own SafeStack Labs, with exercises to test students and let them experiment with security in action, tackling real world problems.
To date, we have taught more than 700 participants in 5 countries, which has helped us to gather great feedback, understand what lessons stick, and use that to improve further.

Of course, e-learning alone won’t mean that your team will immediately be security aware, but it is a good first step you can build on to deliver a consistent message across your entire organisation, with key messages that stick.
