We’ve learned a lot since we began creating SafetyCommitteeApp.
When we started out, we thought we knew exactly what we wanted to accomplish. But after several iterations and countless changes to the application, we’ve learned one very valuable lesson:
It’s hard to know what you don’t know.
It’s the same story with your department: you want your team to get it right — you search for the best data, the most informed sources, and the most efficient way to operate.
